In the knowledge economy of the developed world itself, the physical and material loses significance compared to the intangible and intangible ideas and experiences. Many workers only use their hands to type with a computer and most tasks could be done at any other location beyond offices, all with technology.

Under this concept, all the productive force of a country is involved, directly or indirectly to the impact of new knowledge in the economy. Against this background education in science and technology amounts to a social law is necessary to participate and contribute to civic life. Put more clearly, it is impossible to conceive of the new economy without rethinking education.

Ante esta perspectiva la educación en ciencia y tecnología equivale a un derecho social necesario para participar y contribuir a la vida ciudadana. Dicho de una manera más clara, es imposible concebir la nueva economía sin repensar la educación.
